I drew Applejack as a human because my friend likes her and I wanted to take the challenge of the character design (even if it is overdone). She’s wearing the dress Rarity makes for her, I decided to go with a traditional cowgirl style outfit.

I got sick of seeing the kinda slutty version of Applejack with the tiny shorts and tie up shirt. I see her as just being a hard worker who cares more about the farm then how people see her, which means jeans and long shirts. Also, she works with her family so who is she going to impress with her boobs hanging out?

I agree with you completely on how most people take the human AJ character design. And I could so see AJ walking around the farm in that (a girl's gotta feel pretty sometimes.).

The new My Little Pony is surprisingly good. I never liked the show when I was a kid, nor do I care for horses and ponies but I love the show.

I can understand the appeal of the Cowgirl slut but when you're dealing with a character that's 1. In a kids show and 2. already has a set personality that wouldn't wear those clothes, I don't understand the constant sluttiness.
